Submission Preparation Checklist

Before submitting a manuscript, authors must ensure that their submission adheres to the following guidelines. Submissions that do not meet these criteria may be returned for revision.

  1. The manuscript has not been previously published or submitted for review to another journal (unless an explanation has been provided in the Comments to the Editor).

  2. The document is submitted in RTF, Microsoft Word, or OpenOffice format.

  3. URLs have been provided for references whenever possible.

  4. The manuscript follows proper formatting:

    • Italics are used instead of underlining (except for URLs).

    • The text is single-spaced.

    • All figures, tables, and illustrations are embedded within the text at appropriate locations rather than placed at the end of the document.

  5. The manuscript meets the bibliographic and stylistic guidelines outlined in the Author Guidelines.
