Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing need of society for home internet services and the importance of customer satisfaction in the telecommunications industry. This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, service, and promotional media on IndiHome customer satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection thru questionnaires distributed to IndiHome customers. The results of the study indicate that product quality and promotional media have a positive influence on customer satisfaction, but there are still constraints regarding network stability and customer service response. Therefore, it is recommended that IndiHome improve service quality and responsiveness to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
