Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the job training program at the Job Training Center (BLK) of the Bogor Regency Manpower Office in 2025 and to provide an empirical contribution using Budiani's effectiveness indicators. This study examines four variables, namely program target accuracy, program socialization, program objectives, and program monitoring. The method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach through questionnaires, supported by observation and structured interviews, with a sample of 85 people from a population of 556 training participants. Data were collected in 2025 and analyzed using the Weight Mean Score method. The results show that the job training program is classified as very effective with an average score of 4.47, although improvement is still needed in the aspect of post-training monitoring.
