This study examines the role of digital tools and e-learning in enhancing women's leadership in online university environments. Using a mixed-methods approach, it analyzes survey data from 150 women in leadership roles. Findings reveal that digital tools—such as learning management systems, video conferencing, and online training—enhance leadership by improving communication, collaboration, and skill development. Challenges include limited access to technology and gender biases, but digital platforms offer flexible and inclusive opportunities. Additionally, these tools help women balance professional and personal responsibilities. The study concludes that digital transformation positively impacts women's leadership in academia, emphasizing the need for continued investment in digital infrastructure to further support and empower women in education.
